sedona sound healing

Bring your people to Sedona. Leave more present than when you arrived.

Private sound baths for bachelorettes, birthdays, retreats, corporate events, and the trips that actually matter.

Reconnect with your body. Return to your breath. Bloom from within.

This is What Sedona is For

You came here to be together. And somewhere between the drive in, the check-in, the group chat logistics, and the trying to make it all feel special enough... most trips never quite get there. Everyone's present in body but still carrying whatever they brought with them.

A private sound bath changes that. You gather, you lie down, and for one hour the bowls hold the whole room. Nobody has to do anything or feel any particular way. It just moves through you, and by the time it's over something has shifted. The group has landed. You can feel it in how people talk to each other afterward, in how much quieter everything gets in the best possible way.

The rest of your Sedona trip will feel different because of this one hour.

Every session is guided with intention, attunement, and compassionate presence.

“I left feeling lighter, calm, and completely reset.” — Erin H.

what to expect…

a moment to pause

This is an hour of sound, stillness, and being exactly where you are.

You'll arrive, get comfortable, and settle in. There's a moment at the start where the room gets quiet and you can feel everyone collectively exhale. Then the bowls begin and nothing is asked of you. The sound moves through the room and through you, and your only job is to let it.

Some people drift into something close to sleep. Some feel emotion rise and pass. Some just notice, maybe for the first time in a long time, that they're not thinking about anything at all.

That kind of shared stillness is rare. It tends to change the texture of the whole trip.

your experience includes

  • A gentle opening to help everyone arrive and feel settled in the room together

  • A simple breath practice to help the body slow down before sound begins

  • Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments played live throughout

  • Quiet time at the close to rest in the stillness before slowly coming back

  • Option to add a cacao circle and oracle pull for something a little more ceremonial

meet your sound healer

Ashley Cohagen, RN — Trauma-Informed Sound Healer

Ashley spent years working as a critical care and emergency nurse, the kind of work that pulls you fully into other people's hardest moments, day after day.

She found sound healing in the middle of her own burnout, not as a treatment but as the first thing in a long time that let her actually stop. That experience changed what she understood about rest, about presence, and about what people really need when they're running on empty.

She brings that understanding into every session. Not as a clinician, but as someone who knows what it feels like to finally exhale and who has spent years learning how to create the conditions for other people to do the same.
