Cancellation Policy

At InnerBloom Sound Healing, we value your time and energy, and we commit to providing you with a deeply healing experience. In return, we kindly ask for your understanding and adherence to the following cancellation policy:

1:1 Healing Sessions

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

Private Group Sound Baths, Events, and Retreats

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund or may transfer the booking to a future event.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled group session or event will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be charged the full event fee.

Corporate Wellness Sessions & Private Group Bookings

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the 50% deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will be charged the full fee.

Weather Policy for Outdoor Sessions

For outdoor sound baths, including those held in Sedona, sessions will proceed unless extreme weather conditions make it unsafe or unfeasible. In such cases:

  • Clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals

To honor the energy and time of all participants, sessions will begin promptly. If you arrive late:

  • For a private session, your session time may be shortened to maintain the scheduled end time.

  • For an in studio group sound bath, late entries will not be allowed to respect the healing experience of other participants.

  • Full payment for the session will still apply.
